Sistema's unit buys mineral water maker Arkhyz for 450 mln rbl

MOSCOW, Jun 8 (PRIME) -- Sistema Telecom Assets, a subsidiary of Russian multi-industry holding Sistema, has acquired 100% in mineral water producer Arkhyz for 450 million rubles, Sistema said in a statement on Wednesday.

"The sum of the deal amounts to about 450 million rubles in total, most of it is paid through the conversion of debt into the capital of the company," Sistema said.

Arkhyz has licenses for water extraction and plants in the town of Arkhyz in Russia’s Caucasus with a capacity of 41,000 bottles per hour and in the town of Vinsady with a capacity of 10,000 bottles per hour.
